	The patron of the Foundation is a general sponsor of the badminton team till 1997. For 1999 the team is supported with a single sum
	Provision of the reward fund for the winners in the National competitions in mathematics, computers, mathematical linguistics, organized by the Ministry of Science and Education, the Union of Mathematicians in Bulgaria and the Inspectorate of Education – Rousse, which were held at the beginning of February 2000
		Support to the piano duo Velislava Tosheva and Ilia Stoyanov – payment of the fee for acquiring a master’s degree Solo Klass (the highest in Germany) in the Higher School for Music and Theatre – Hanover. The duo won a number of prizes in Bulgaria, Japan, Italy, Spain, and Holland. We work on a project which envisages the performance of a charity concert by Tosheva and Stoyanov till the end of the year in the town of Rousse under the aegis of the “Bistra and Galina” Foundation. The incomes from the initiative will be used by the Foundation to support other talents in Rousse.
	Financing the participation of the Rousse Boys Choir “St George Victorious” in a competition for choir music performance in the town of Shoumen
	Providing the reward fund and the necessary materials for holding an all-town Children’s Holiday, organized by the Centre for Work with Children, on 1st June;
	Financial support of the children’s show “Safe Holiday”, dedicated to the 1st June and organized by the Association for Safe and Ecological Travelling “Road”;
	Payment of the fee for participation in a sports dances competition of the dancers at the “Prista” sports dances club;

	Covering the expenses of five children from Children’s Folk Dance Ensemble “Zdravets” for their participation in International Festivals of Folklore in Shamblie and Concarnau, France;
	Financial support for the participation of two dance couples from the Acrobatic Rock-and-roll dance club at the Centre for Work with Children in the World championship for adolescents – Sweden;
	Supporting the young artist Ivelin Trifonov, a third year student, with painting materials for the realization of a one-man exhibition;;
	Supporting the young artist Margarita Zlateva, student at the Secondary School of Arts “Prof. Vesselin Stoyanov”, with painting materials;
		Financing and organizing a concert of the laureates from national and international competitions “Juniors 2000” from the SSA “Prof. Vesselin Stoyanov” and recording a CD
	Payment for the participation of Tsveta Angelova at the XXI International Children’s Festival of Modern Song and Dance in Connin, Poland
	Payment of the fees for participation in different competitions of the young musician Yanitsa Hristova, student at the SSA “Prof. Vesselin Stoyanov”
	Payment of the fees for participation in different competitions of seven of the most prominent students at the SSA “Prof.Vesselin Stoyanov”
	Payment of the fees for university entrance exams of Diana Hristova
	Financing of Steliana Barakova – pianist from the SSA “Prof. Vesselin Stoyanov” and a laureate from national competitions – for her participation in the International competition “Coast of Hope” in Dobrich, Albena;
