  Providing funds on the project of the Regional Social Support Service – Region II for catering necessitous children from the following schools: “P.Yavorov”, “A.Konstantinov”, “A.Kunchev” and Vocational School for Machine Building “A.Burov”.
  Sponsoring “Sava Ognyanov” State Puppet Theatre for the realization of the play “To say the least”.
  Financing the Inspectorate of Education – Rousse for the realization of the National Folklore and Music Festivals “Danubian Spring of Orpheus” between 11th – 13th May 2001.
  Financing the project of “Baba Tonka” Mathematics School for publishing the “137 Years of “Baba Tonka” School” literature collection.
  Publishing Two books of poetry – “My Little Garden” by Zaharina Yorgova, with children’s poems, and “Hard Way” – lyric poetry by Ivan Ivanov.
  Supporting the project of the “Young Reporter” Club at the ELS – Rousse for publishing a school newsletter.
  Granting financial aid for the joint project of the Open Society Club and the Council of Tourism “Eco-vacation for Elderly People”.
  Financing the Project of “March Music Days” International Festival for providing the laureates of the master degree classes within the framework of the festival with individual scholarships. Sponsoring the stay of the guests of the Festival – Maestro Milen Nachev, Irena Petkova – mezzo-soprano, Kamen Chanev – tenor, Peinbert Evers – guitar, Germany, Percussion Ensemble “Anumadutchi” – Holland.
  Publishing the book of poetry “Harbour of Love”, compiled by Anita Kolarova and Yordan Palezhev on the occasion of Ivan Vasov and Zahari Stoyanov’s 150th anniversary and 25th anniversary of “Svetlostrui” Writers’ Society – Rousse.
  Financing the publishing of Volume 6 (“Greetings from Rousse”) of the “Rousse in the old postcards” series, compiled by engineer Roumen Kuzov.
  Covering the expenses for recording the children’s play “Tale about the Missing Road Signs”, by Diana Spassova, staged by “Sava Ognyanov” Theatre – Rousse.
  Granting funds for the purchase of reference books and school literature for “Zora” Reading Club – Rousse and organizing a campaign for collecting children’s classics by volunteers of the Foundation.
  Establishing and equipping an office for speech development with Head Specialist - Pavlina Miteva, pedagogue, specialist in oligophrenia, and logopaedist.
  Financing a concert in Rousse, “Teodosii and Friends”, the income from which was to cover the expenses for building an Orthodox Church in the village of Belitsa – Teodossi Spassov’s native place.
  Providing part of the reward fund for “Fr.Schubert” Third National Piano Competition, organized by the Ministry of Culture, Rousse Region, Rousse Municipality, and “V.Stoyanov” SAS – Rousse. Sponsoring the stay of Prof. Atanas Kurtev, Prof. Tamara Poddubnaya, associate professor Dimo Dimov and associate professor Teodora Nestorova for their master degree classes within the framework of the competition.
  Organizing a festive Christmas dinner and congratulatory show for the people at the Home for Physically Impaired Elderly People – Rousse and its branch in Sredna Kula. The Foundation team personally laid the Christmas table for the elderly people, and the singers of “Domino” Formation for Townsfolk Songs at the “Vazrajdane” Home for elderly people – Rousse presented a one-hour program of popular tunes. It was not only the elderly people who were delighted at Christmas – 40 children, selected by the Regional Social Support Service by indication of their social status, were treated at McDonald’s restaurant to a Happy Meal Menu with a toy and enjoyed an amusing show with competitions and prizes, organized especially for them by the restaurant’s team. The Christmas campaign was organized and held by the Foundation owing to the support of Mrs. Elena Antonic – representative of the Dutch organization “Stichting Dialysehulp Buitenland” and coordinator of the humanitarian projects at University Hospitals – Holland, who also donated her personal funds.
